Welcome! I’m Yoko
My passion for this work is deeply personal. It was born from my own transformative experience with pelvic floor therapy after the birth of my first child. That journey opened my eyes to how vital pelvic care is, and today, I’m dedicated to helping people of all genders restore function, find relief from pain, and truly reclaim their quality of life.
I earned my Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Washington in 2018, and my post-graduate education includes specialized training in pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, visceral mobilization, and John Barnes myofascial release.
While pelvic health is often associated primarily with women's care, I have completed advanced training in male pelvic floor rehabilitation. I am passionate about providing a comfortable, discrete, and knowledgeable environment for men navigating pelvic pain, incontinence, or post-surgical recovery—an area of care that is all too often overlooked.
Wherever you are in your healing journey, I’m here to offer compassionate, individualized care to help you feel like yourself again. I look forward to working together!
